Refund Policy

At Flirt & Flowers, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products and services. Please review our refund policy to understand how we handle refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on delivered items. All sales concluded at Flirt and Flowers shop are final.

However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damaged flowers upon arrival.

Please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your delivery at [your email address] or [your phone number]. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

A replacement arrangement of equal value.

A store credit for future use.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Orders canceled within 48 hours of the delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the preparation stage of your arrangement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable.

Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (e.g., color shade variations, flower size).

Custom Orders

For custom or special event orders (e.g., weddings, corporate events), refunds or changes are subject to the terms agreed upon during order placement.

Free Delivery

We are delighted to offer free delivery for all orders within a 25-mile radius of our shop in Dania Beach, Florida. This includes deliveries to the following areas:

• Fort Lauderdale

• Pembroke Pines
• Miramar

• Plantation
• Davie
• Sunny Isles Beach
• Hallandale Beach

How Our Delivery Works

Our standard delivery process ensures your flowers arrive fresh and on time. When you place an order, the delivery will typically occur the next day. This allows us sufficient time to carefully prepare and arrange your flowers to perfection.

• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery on the day after next.
• For urgent same-day or last-minute deliveries, please refer to the section below.

Same-Day and Last-Minute Delivery

We understand that flowers are often needed on short notice. That’s why we provide same-day delivery and last-minute delivery services.

• Orders placed before 10 AM are eligible for same-day delivery.
• For last-minute delivery requests, please call us directly at (561) 871-7937, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Holiday Delivery Policy

During peak floral holidays such as:

• Valentine’s Day
• March 8th (International Women’s Day)
• Mother’s Day

We strongly recommend placing your order in advance to guarantee availability and delivery. Same-day or last-minute delivery on these dates may be limited due to high demand. Please contact us directly to confirm availability for urgent requests during these busy times.

Delivery Hours

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

If you have specific delivery timing requests, please let us know when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Delivery Fees for Other Locations

For deliveries outside the 25-mile radius, a delivery fee will apply based on the distance from our shop. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Special Instructions

If your recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will leave the arrangement in a safe location and notify you, or we will contact you to arrange a redelivery.
