At Flirt & Flowers, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products and services. Please review our refund policy to understand how we handle refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on delivered items. All sales concluded at Flirt and Flowers shop are final.

However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damaged flowers upon arrival.

Please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your delivery at flirtandflowers@gmail.com or (561) 871 7937. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  1. A replacement arrangement of equal value.
  2. A store credit for future use.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of the delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the preparation stage of your arrangement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
  • Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable.
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (e.g., color shade variations, flower size).

Custom Orders

For custom or special event orders (e.g., weddings, corporate events), refunds or changes are subject to the terms agreed upon during order placement.
